Abdallah Khalifa has spent more than two decades supporting refugees, newcomers, and racialized communities in Canada. A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, he has guided thousands of individuals through settlement and immigration processes with care, integrity, and a deep commitment to equity.

His professional journey includes over a decade of service with institutions such as the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, and ISSofBC, where he helped newcomers build pathways to stability and belonging. As the founder of his own immigration and education services practice, Abdallah brings both frontline experience and strategic leadership to his work.

Abdallah’s leadership on the Board reflects his belief that every person deserves safety, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive. His commitment to refugee and newcomer communities continues to shape how we build inclusive, people-first systems across Canada.
